About The LDT Program

Laura’s program and experience are unique.  With a B.A. in English Literature and thirteen years experience as a high school math teacher, Laura uses her knowledge and expertise to fill in any gaps students might have in mathematics or English language and usage.  She uses this experience and her skills as a trained critical reader to help students excel in their test preparation and transfer these skills to their schoolwork.  Laura’s graduate work in education allows her to quickly and accurately assess students' individual abilities and tailor their tutorial program directly to their needs.  All of this has contributed to Laura's proven and repeated success teaching students the most efficient and accurate techniques in test taking. 

The LDT program is designed to help students earn the scores they need to gain entrance to their desired college/university and teach them skills in critical reasoning, mathematics, reading, and writing that they will use in college and throughout their lives.
